ISTANBUL HOTELS

THE FOUR SEASONS ISTANBUL

The Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul is an award winner located in the heart of Old Istanbul. It is housed in a Neo-classical building, which was once a prison, built in 1917. It has been converted into an incredibly luxurious hotel, tastefully furnished, with an excellent restaurant. The hotel has only 65 rooms and offers a very intimate atmosphere.

CIRAGAN PALACE KEMPINSKI

Voted one of the World's best hotels and presented the Five Star Diamond Award, among others, the Ciragan is actually two hotels; the restored Palace, once the residence of Ottoman Sultans, and a grand luxury hotel located on the palace gardens on the unique setting of the waters of the Bosphorus.  Ciragan offers a variety of rooms, most with private balcony, which feature views of the Yildiz Palace Park, or Bosphorus, and incredibly luxurious suites. The location is excellent also for the business district and historical center of Istanbul.

SULTANAHMET SARAY

Sultanahmet Saray is truly a work of art, which took many years to complete. The hotel was opened recently and has only 36 rooms.  The hotel's design and décor is influenced by Byzantine and Ottoman architecture.  Located in the historic center of Istanbul;  the peaceful garden with fountain looks upon the Blue Mosque. You will enjoy breakfast from the terrace, with views of the Marmara Sea and Princes Islands. Rooms feature a traditional Turkish Bath.

Tash Konak Hotel is a restored Ottoman House located in the historic center of Istanbul. It offers a wonderful garden, a spacious terrace with a panoramic view of the Marmara Sea and the hospitality of home.

CAPPADOCIA HOTELS

GAMIRASU HOTEL

Located in Ayvali. Truly an authentic Central Anatolian village with friendly people and no tourist shops. This special category hotel in Cappadocia is perfect for those who want to really get away from it all. Partially carved into the valley wall, partially constructed with native volcanic stone, the hotel is reached by a drive down a narrow old street and over an old stone bridge which spans the valley. The rooms are all different and furnished in cozy oriental style.  From your room you may be able to see the villagers coming for water, or baking bread in the outdoor stone oven across the valley. The hotel is run under Turkish - German management, serves organic home - cooked meals. There is a beautiful garden, opportunity for Turkish Bath or massage. It is possible to hike the valley to caves with springs, and to visit a frescoed rock church in the hotel.

located in Goreme,opened in 1999 has a wonderful view of the town. Is built of native stone in traditional central Anatolian design with either vaulted rooms, or carved into the rock. The rooms are all different and one even has a jacuzzi

Two excellent hotels, which are situated conveniently for visiting Ephesus, House of the Virgin Mary and Church of St. John, also Pergamon, the Ionian Cities and Pamukkale. Pine Marina (4 star) is located near the harbor of Kusadasi, a pleasant resort town on the Aegean Sea. Pine Bay (5 star) is located not far away with its own cove, and also offers bungalows. Rooms in both hotels are tastefully done, very clean and comfortable, all with balcony and many with sea view. Both hotels offer indoor and outdoor pools and other deluxe facilities.
