Deposit toward any Insight Travel service constitutes full knowledge and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions. Reservations and Deposits: Please reserve early, as group size is limited. A $200 per person deposit is required at the time of booking for most tours with final payment due upon arrival in most cases, but we reserve the right to cancel a reservation and assess penalties if payment is not received by the agreed upon due date. Change and cancellation fees may apply. Private tour conditions may vary. Cost of an Escorted Tour does Not Include: Air transportation, if not specified otherwise; airport departure taxes; port taxes; passport expenses; visas; laundry, wines, liquor, mineral water, and items of a personal nature; items not on regular menus; sightseeing or services not included in the itinerary; excess baggage charges, health, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance; tipping for personal service; gratuity to guide and driver; or other items not mentioned as included. Insurance: Insight Travel is not responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal luggage and other belongings, or for personal injury, accident or illness. We urge you to check with your insurance carrier or travel agent in your home country about purchasing additional insurance to cover luggage, personal effects, accident and health. We strongly recommend you obtain cancellation insurance. Important Notice: We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a passenger should such person's personal health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other passengers. A refund of unused land tour services is the limit of our liability. Insight Travel reserves the right without notice to withdraw any part of the tour and make necessary changes. Tour members shall pay any additional cost. Insight Travel acts only as an agent in securing hotel, transportation and other travel services and shall not be liable for any failure by any person or company to render transportation, lodging, or other tour services. All hotel, transportation, or specified services are subject to all terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public generally. Neither Insight Travel nor its agents shall be liable for any personal injury, property loss or other damage sustained by a tour member on the trip. Airline Clause: The IATA Carriers and other transportation companies featured here are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event while passengers are on board for their respective conveyance. The passenger contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the tour member. Insight Travel does not assume responsibility for cancellation fees Apex or special fares due to changes in itinerary or departure. Entrance Requirements: A valid passport and a visa are required for entry into Turkey. Please consult the Turkish consulate in your country for visa requirements. Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing, regardless of the cause, the following terms will apply on cancellation: Less than 72 hours or while on tour: No refunds of any deposit or payment made to Insight Travel. Refunds: Insight Travel shall not give refunds for any reason for unused or cancelled portions of a tour or independent travel after the departure date, including but not limited to: prepaid lodging, meals, transfers, car rental, sightseeing, etc. There will be no refunds for "no shows" at the required arrival/departure times or for alterations in travel arrangements, which you made directly with the suppliers without Insight Travel's prior consent. Special Requests: All hotel rooms are contracted on a "run of the house" basis; particular rooms, location, bed types, dietary or religious requirements and other services cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the hotelier.
