This restored historical Greek house was owned by a local wine-maker known as Grigori or Ligor, who was born on the island of Bozcaada. Located not far from the ferry landing and the yacht harbor, it is close to the center where you can visit the green grocer, baker, butcher or enjoy the quaint seaside restaurants, bars and cafes. Located only a minute or two from the water's edge and convenient for public transportation on the Island, this charming house is perfect for a self-catering holiday in a peaceful environment on Bozcaada. The two-story house has a beautiful garden and is suitable for families up to 5 people. 

The upper floor loft has two rooms, one with two twin beds, and the other room with a queen bed. 
The comfortable beds have duvet covers. The spotless tiled shower and toilet are on the first floor. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, tea kettle, stove and full sized refrigerator. Hardwood ceilings and floors add to the charm of this house. You may also cook and enjoy your meal outdoors in your own large private garden, located in back of the house.
