Les Maisons de Cappadoce is located in Uchisar, which is one of the most unspoiled and beautiful towns of Cappadocia as it is perched on a promontory with a view over the volcanic sculpted rock valleys. Les Maisons de Cappadoce is not a hotel, it is a collection of cave dwellings and old stone houses in the oldest part of the village that have been lovingly restored by the French architect Jacques Avizou. The seventeen restored houses with their caves, vaulted rooms, cisterns and stone terraces all have special names and character and can accommodate up to 9 people in one house (La Mason Le Sucre). You can have a very discerning holiday in Cappadocia with the freedom of a self-catering house or studio rental. Each house has a magical view over the landscape and is decorated with hand-made kilims, carpets and earthenware from the region with fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and kitchenettes, private bathrooms with shower, marble wash basins and WC. Some houses have central heating for winter stays.

This is a very large house with two levels, and an interior garden with barbecue. The upper level has an open air entry, bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. The lower level has a large cave salon, WC, fully equipped kitchen, open air dining and indoor dining area with fireplace and also a queen bed with its own fireplace and WC.

This charming house is a registered historical house with a lovely view over Pigeon Valley on two levels. The upper level has a large sitting room fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and WC with outdoor terrace dining area an barbecue. The lower level has two bedrooms with one queen bed and WC + one bedroom with two twin beds, fireplace and bathroom and a small sitting room with a twin bed.

The lower level has three large cave bedrooms with queen bed and fireplace, dressing room and private WC, Triple bedroom with three beds, fireplace and private WC, courtyard with a small garden.

This house is a fine example of Greek architecture with a wonderful view of Pigeon Valley and the dovecotes on two levels. The upper level has an open-air entry, pergola, barbecue and large terraces with two bedrooms with two twin beds and private WC. One room with its own fireplace. The lower level has an interior courtyard, outside covered dining area, fully equipped kitchen and cave bedroom with a queen bed, private WC and dressing room.

This house has an incredible 360 view on three levels. The upper level features a salon with fireplace and WC. Fully equipped kitchen and large rooftop terrace with barbecue and open air dining area. The mid level has an interior courtyard, a bedroom with queen bed, fireplace and private WC, a loft with a twin bed and another queen bedroom with private WC. The lower level has a bedroom with two twin beds, private WC and cave salon.

This house on two levels has an impressive view. On the upper level is a courtyard, pergola and two bedrooms, one with queen and the other with two twin beds and shared bathroom. This is probably the most beautiful of the houses with its own private swimming pool and breathtaking view of the village and Cappadocia on six levels. The house has central heating.
The roof level has terraces, heated swimming pool 25 m 2, WC, dining area, bar and barbecue. The upper level has a large bedroom with queen bed, fireplace, bathroom and dressing rooms. The mid level has a small terrace with dining area, living spaces with an open vaulted dining room with a view, sitting room with fireplace, TV, DVD, salon and WC, a library and large fully equipped kitchen with storage. On the entry level is a courtyard with a fountain and rose garden, a bedroom with queen bed, fireplace, mezzanine and private WC.
The lower level features a vaulted open dining area, kitchen, storage and large triple cave room with queen and twin bed and WC. There is also an underground level with large caves and wine cellar.
