Hotel
Sultan Hill is a new boutique hotel located
right in the center of old Istanbul in
Sultanahmet. You can see the Blue Mosque,
the obelisk from the hippodrome and a
beautiful view of the Marmara Sea from the
terrace of the hotel. Sultan Hill Hotel is a
restored wooden Ottoman House and is one of
the most charming in the area, with a small
open traditional courtyard outside the
breakfast salon on two levels that offers a
peaceful place to read a book or have a
drink or tea. The owners Sedat and Attila
have decorated the 17 rooms with solid wood
floors and furniture that incorporates the
original design of the old house. The
spotless en suite bathrooms have marble in
the showers and hair-dryers. Rooms feature
central heating, individual A/C, cable
television, mini-bar and safe deposit box.
