apartments housed in three different small
buildings in the heart of Istanbul. These
upscale self-catering Istanbul apartments
are available for short or extended stays
and are located in one of the most authentic
and interesting neighborhoods of the old
city. You will experience a taste of
traditional life in Istanbul and feel its
exuberance with seagulls flying overhead,
children playing, vendors selling fresh
vegetables and simit (bread) and plenty of
small shops to stock your kitchen, weekly
market and fish market in Kumkapi or go out
to one of the many nice local restaurants
nearby.
You will be just a short walk from the St
Sophia, Little St Sophia, Blue Mosque,
Hippodrome and more or take a stroll along
the greenbelt by the Marmara Sea.
If you are not in the mood to cook or stroll
you can have a snack, meal or drink, check
up on your e-mails or just kick back with a
book in the stylish Sfendon Café. An
exercise room featuring cardio equipment,
music and TV is available as well as a kids
playroom.
Although the Sultanahmet Suites are
self-catering apartments the management is
on site from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM to help
you with any needs and offer services such
as laundry and dry cleaning, business center
services, grocery shopping and more.

Standard Suites are 60 sq meters one
bedrooms suites which are perfect for a
couple, friends or small family and have a
separate bedroom, living and dining room
with kitchen and bath areas featuring king
sized bed, armoir, night stands and vanity
with mirror, double pull out couch, arm
chairs and side tables. The kitchen has tile
and granite counter, stove, mini
refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee
maker. The dining room comes complete with
dining table and chairs.
The Deluxe Terrace Suite is 45 square meters
and is on the top floor. It opens to a
delightful view of the Marmara Sea from its
private patio/dining area and features a
king sized bed, armoire, night stand, vanity
with mirror and all amenities as in the
Standard suite with dining table and chairs
both inside and outside.
There is also a Garden Suite, Junior Suite,
double room with Kitchenette and the finest
is the Executive Suite which is on the top
floor of the Emeral Sultanahmet suites with
very stylish furnishings. Living room with
Murphy bed, America kitchen on first floor
and bedroom on second floor where a private
patio opens to a view of the Marmara Sea.
This suite is 75 sq meters + 30 sq meter
terrace and includes 32” flat-panel HDTV and
cable channels.
