Transfer from your hotel in Kas to Ucagiz, a
quaint seaside town with a cluster of
ancient Lycian tombs and old stone
houses, where you will kayak across to
Kekova Island passing a group of small
islands that were carved out as a stone
quarry and later used as homes before the
earthquake devastated the area. You land in
Tersane Bay, which was an ancient
shipyard and time for a swim. You can
discover the ruins and walk the goat trails. |

We will be able to see the sunken city of
Kekova and then cross the straight for
lunch in the Village of Simena. You
can climb up to the castle for magnificent
views of the area and also visit the ancient
necropolis. We then depart from Simena
passing the famous sunken sarcophagus in the
Simena harbor and return to Ucagiz. Transfer
back to your hotel in Kas. L (GRADE 1)

KEKOVA AND GOKKAYA SEA KAYAK TOUR |

towards Asirli Island and visit the
Pirate’s cave. Paddle to Gokkaya

ancient necropolis with tombs among very old
gnarled olive trees. We then depart from
Simena passing the famous sunken
sarcophagus in the Simena harbor and return
to Ucagiz. Transfer back to your hotel in

Sicak shore and have lunch. We will
take a short walk on the Lycian Way to
the ancient city of Aperlai,
which was one of the main ports of Lycia.
Explore the ruins and enjoy a swim. We
walk back to Sicak shore and return to
Ucagiz. Transfer back to your hotel in
Kas. L.

KALKAN TO KAS SEA KAYAK TOUR |

Pick up from your hotel in Kas and
transfer to the charming seaside
town of Kalkan. We start our
sea kayaking from Kalkan harbor and
continue to Pigeon’s Cave. We
make a visit to the cave and then
continue to Kaputas, one of
the most magnificent and unspoiled
beaches of Lycia. We will have a
break for swimming and then kayak to
the Blue Cave. Our adventure
continues as we head past
Saribelen Island and arrive at |

Seyret Beach for lunch and
another swim. Finally we will see the
Greek island of Meis (Kastellorizo and
other islets on our right before passing
the Cukurbagi Peninsula and arriving in
the calm waters of Bucak, Kas’s
wharf and future marina. Transfer to
your hotel in Kas. L.

THREE DAY KEKOVA TOUR – CAMPING AND
SEA KAYAKING
This is a tour with three days kayaking
and two overnights on a deserted island.
(GRADE 1-2)
THREE DAY KEKOVA AND APERLAI TOUR –
CAMPING AND SEA KAYAKING
This is the full tour of the Kekova area
with two wild camps from Aperlai to
Andriake (Cayagzi near Demre). (GRADE 2)
THREE DAY KAS TO KEKOVA – CAMPING AND
SEA KAYAKING
You will paddle along th dramatic
coastline passing Uluburun and camping
in the wild near the ancient port of
Aperlai. (GRADE 2-3)
FOUR DAY OLIMPOS TO FINIKE - CAMPING
AND SEA KAYAKING
This seakayak voyage will take you
around the Chelidonian Cape along
Lycia’s south eastern seaboard. You will
enjoy stunning views and scenery
starting from the ruins of Olimpos to
the beach at Mavikent in Finike. (GRADE
2-3)
THREE DAY SEVEN CAPES FROM FETHIYE TO
PATARA – CAMPING AND SEA KAYAKING
You will sea kayak along the steep
coastline of the “Yediburun” with wild
camping on deserted beaches, starting
near Butterfly Valley (Oludeniz, Fethiye)
and completing the expedition at Patara
Beach. (GRADE 2-3)
THREE DAY GOCEK AND FETHIYE – CAMPING
AND SEA KAYAKING
Discover the Gocek area with its
stunning coastline and the Twelve
Islands in the Fethiye area. (GRADE 2)
Itineraries may be tailored to the
specification of an individual or group
and all sea kayak expeditions have a
minimum of 2 hours sea kayak training on
the first day. You will be able to
complete a self rescue and a deep water
rescue before venturing out into open
sea conditions.
GRADES
1: For everyone, from the absolute
beginner to the more experienced paddler.(
2-3 hrs paddling )
2: For the active person, some paddling
experience useful but not essential. (up
to 4.5 hrs paddling)
3: For the active person with kayak or
canoe experience ( 4hrs+ paddling)
SUPPORT BOAT
A support boat is used for all day tours
with 6+ customers, on expeditions the
support boat will be available in case
of emergency and to bring supplies if
required. Courses are run in the Kekova
and Kas area.
GUIDES
All guides are sea kayak and first aid
trained, will speak English and Turkish
and have good experience and knowledge
of the region in which one is kayaking
